I LOVE how this turned out and probably would have never tried it if it weren't for Disney at Ruffles and stuff. She has a tutorial here.By the way, with all the shirts I've altered/embelished I was so worried to wash them, but I need to tell you that they look better and better after washing. So go ahead try it.
