McKinley needed a last minute birthday gift, her and I love to do crafts together so I came up with an idea.
We have a lot of these plain notebooks that I made for a Family Reunion a long time ago. So we decorated the front and used a paper punch to make tabs for every letter of the alphabet. Now they have a place to keep all their friends phone numbers. Which they love since they all 10 and becoming very independant and So very social. McKinley keeps hers in her backpack so she can fill it up.

Memory book

This is the cutest mini-album I've made so far. Probably because it was a kit I bought at The Scrap Coop , so I can't take any credit, but since they aren't around anymore I'll show you how they did it.

Use the bigger envelopes and alternate which way the flap is.

Then fold them in half like so. To bind it together. Punch two holes in the crease, and use string or ribbon to hold it together. Then all you need to do is decorate it like a scrapbook.
